Orders may be processed directly though this Web site. You will find all Inveran products displayed by category.
You may also place your order by phone or fax. Please telephone or fax customer services on +44 01337 828917. We are available to take your call Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, with voicemail after hours.

We accept the following cards:

We also accept payment by cheque, bank draft or direct bank transfer. Please contact Inveran for clearing details.

Delivery
The prices shown on our Web site include the cost of delivery calculated based on the collective weight of any item(s) purchased. Our delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order.
Despatch
We aim to despatch any items that are currently in stock within two working days. Working days do not include weekends.

After Ordering
When the delivery arrives, please check the goods to ensure they are what was required and that they are in good condition.
All shortages or discrepancies must be notified to us by email or in writing within 10 working days of receipt of order.
Please retain your invoice/order number. If you need to discuss your order or make a warranty claim, we will ask you for your order number.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If, however, any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect condition with original packaging within 28 days for a refund or exchange. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. We regret that postage, packaging, and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
