Crozier® cane reeds are the second generation of the original "Ross Reed" that was first manufactured in 1985, and are equal to their predecessor in operation and body, but with a modern body design.

Due to the increasing pitch of the bagpipes in the last 20 years, the new Crozier cane drone reeds are now made to a higher pitch to suit today's piper.
